     Leg presses are a great way to improve your fitness. They’re simple enough for even the beginner, and they can be done anywhere. But like all things, there are some basics you need to know before starting.

What Is A Leg Press? 

     A leg press is a weight-bearing exercise that uses the legs to push and pull against a weight. It can be used to strengthen the Legs, Back, Glutes, and Hamstrings.


How To Do A Leg Press :

     To do a leg press, you’ll need a weight that’s at least 20 pounds and an exercise bench. You can use the weight you have on hand or you can find a weight that’s comfortable for you to use.

     Lying on your back with feet flat on the floor, press the weight up until your thighs and legs are in line with each other. Keep your back straight and your elbows close to your body. Hold onto the bar with both hands and slowly lower the weight back down to the starting position. Do this multiple times, working up to a total of ten reps.
