  • They add an intense flavor to dishes like curries, stir-fries, dips, and salads. When you're cooking with curry leaves, they can be used as a garnish or whole leaves can be added to soups or stews to make them more aromatic.


     To cook with curry leaves, you need to de-stem the leaves. This will make them easier to handle while cooking. Then add them to your dish right before serving and remove them before eating. Make sure to store any leftovers in an airtight container or ziplock bag so they don't dry out.
